Red face BOK towers or Winter park

    Hi

I am just deciding whether we should visit Winter park including the scenic boat tour or BOK tower gardens.

I am leaning towards Winter park as its closer, but any advice would be helpful.

    Thanks very much

They are kind of completely different, in a way. I'd say Winter Park, especially with the boat tour, could fill a whole day by the time you meander around the shops. Bok Tower would maybe be more of a morning or an afternoon only, however, you could try to fit Bok Tower in with a trip to Manny's for dinner.

We love Winter Park although not been to Bok Tower so can't compare. I am sure you will enjoy whichever place you choose.

We've been to both, many times to Winter Park but just once to Bok Tower but I realy enjoyed it there and would go back.

Winter Park is very nice, if you go on a Saturday morning you can enjoy the Farmers Market, followed by a walk around Winter Park shops etc, then Morse Museum which has the largest coleection of Tiffany in the world and then the Scenic Boat Tour.

That will be a lovely day out

    I'm sure you'll enjoy either.

I would say it depends what time of year if you can only do one. If you have time for both then they are very different and I always find time to go to both.

If you have younger people in the group (and by young I mean under 45) then I think Winter Park is best.
If you have an older group then I think Bok.
I am sure most people have their favourites and they are both worth a visit.

The good things for the younger ones at Bok is the rubbing stations and feeding the fish. You could also combine Bok with a visit to the Florida's Natural information centre.

Now Winter Garden Village is also worth a visit if you like shopping. All the regular shops though not interesting small shops like Winter Park but lots to see and many eating places to choose from.
So much to do, never enough time , never too many trips.

We love Bok Gardens, so relaxing. They have a guided tour well worth doing, our son loved it as they really involved the children
