    Villa enquiries

Hi not sure if this is the correct place to post this question so sorry if it isn't.
I have put in an enquiry for a villa for next September and have received quite a number of replies
What is the accepted way of dealing with these replies? I don't like just ignoring the ones that are not
suitable but at the same time, it's going to take me a long time to reply to each one.

If you sent out a general enquiry it is not necessary to reply to everyone, most people will only reply to owners who have villas that they are interested in renting / have short listed.

Whilst it is nice to, I don't expect to receive replies from general enquiries if we don't tick the guests boxes.

As owners we do always appreciate feedback to our responses, as it helps us to guage if there is something missing or if a guest feels the home is too dear or cheap compared with others who claim to have the same amenities etc., but , the same time we also recognise that you may have enquired to many hundreds of people so do no expect it automatically and nobody would think you were being rude or offhand if you did not reply to each individually.

Hi Margaret, although I would appreciate feedback from my enquiries. I don't expect to receive replies from general enquiries if my home does not tick all the boxes for you and your family.

    Hi Margaret,
Always nice to hear and to get feedback regarding our homes but do not feel that it is something you have to do.

If you have asked for quotes from a "specific" villa then it would be nice to hear back - even if it is "No Thanks"......nothing more annoying than answering specific questions, doing quotes, answering questions and then nothing!! If just a general enquiry you don't really have to answer at all.

I agree with Carol, that if it is a 'specific' enquiry then it is good to get a reply of some sort. I often wonder though that when it is a specific and they have not enquired to others why sometimes it is so quickly put on the the general enquiries?

I have had a response from Margaret which was very nice to receive although she is not staying at my villa as it is above her budget. It was good to have feedback.

    Thank you Margaret.
