    Red face I4 and tolls

    Hi

I have been looking at a Florida map and the I4 seems like a good way to get to various places

Can anyone tell me if yoy have to pay tolls to use it, and also whether it gets really busy because it is a main highway and therefore better avoided if possible

    Thanks
    Nadim

    Hi Nadim.
There are no tolls on the I4 at all !!!
It can - as per most urban motorways - get very busy at going to work & knocking off time.
    i.e. Between 7 > 9 am & 5 > 7 pm.
During the day, although traffic is pretty consistently heavy, it's usually free-flowing & fast moving.
Going to Universal (for instance) from Kissimmee, it's lots quicker than I. Drive ...

The I4 can get busy but so can any other road. We use the John Young Parkway a lot and that gets very busy at work times. The 1st time we visited we used the I4 a lot, however we missed out on a lot of "sightseeing"
