Air Strike
Just heard this morning that the flights we are using to get to orlando this coming weekend are talking of going on Strike. Darn ole Air Canada. This is the last time flying with them. We flew with them 5 years ago and had some bad experiences with the flights coming home from Orlando and vowed we would never fly with them again but this trip our Air Mile reward card would only book with Air Canada. EEKKkk..

WE got our flights changed to another airlines and the best news is that we get to arrive in Orlando 2 days earlier. Wow 2 more days in orlando. Alot of work to get things changed over. luck would have it our villa is was empty so we can have it early as well.

Aren't airlines the absolute end? We have just returned from a trip to Malaysia and KLM mucked us about no end. The day before we left they changed our flights from Edinburgh/Amsterdam/Singapore with KLM to Edinburgh/Frankfurt/Singapore with Lufthansa because they said that they had had a change of plane in Amsterdam. That mucked us up as we had arranged to have 5 hours in Amsterdam and to meet up with a friend who lives there. Then when we arrived at Edinburgh airport we found that Frankfurt had been closed all day and when we eventually got there our flight to Singapore had gone. Eventually they found us a hotel in Weisbaden and we had to wait another 24 hours for the next flight to Singapore. What a scunner - not impressed with KLM at all, doubt we will use them again as they do this sort of thing quite regularly.
We are off to Florida on Monday with BA so hope that goes OK!!
