Flew into Tampa a couple of years ago - again we had booked with Alamo - they didn't have what we ordered - but were very helpful - took what they had and they arranged with their Kissimmee branch for delivery of the one we HAD ordered next morning to the Villa! Very helpful and a lot quicker( and a lot more helpful)- then - than Orlando!
