When I try to make changes to my Profile i get (You did not enter the correct format for the Anti-Robot Field field. Please read the field description for the expected format.) what am I doing wrong?

I had this problem a few days ago and manged to find the answer in a previous thread. All you have to do is type the words "Here then when" in the Anti-Robot Field" box and you will be able to make the changes to your profile.

Any three four letter words will do e.g. test test test. It just stops spam bots creating new users on the site as without this check, we get tens of bogus new users joining the site every day.
