October Weather

Were arriving into Florida on Oct. 15th. Does anyone know what the weather is like and anything special or different in Oct.?
It's our first Fall Trip ever. I have scanned thru the forums but have yet to see if anybody talks about Oct. Weather and Festivies.

May and October are my favourite times to visit. Warm/hot weather, low humidity and still just about more daylight that night hours.

Hi Randy,

We go around the end of October every year and the weather is perfect. Generally dry and sunny with low humidity levels and a lot quieter than the summer months. The parks have Halloween special events running at that time as well which is good for the kids.

We were in Florida last year during October for the first time and had some great weather normally we like to go in May but will definitely go during October again.

Definitely the best time of year to go. Everywhere looks great for Halloween and you can do your Christmas shopping! Weather is warm and sunny- just perfect!

Great time to visit Randy. We always go in November but have been many times in October. One of the best times to visit. Temperatures are lovely without the stiffling humidity of the summer months. Days are a little shorter and you may need a swaeter/cardigan occasionally but overall a great time to visit.
