Hi all, just got back today flying BRS-SFB. Booked OLCI and Fastrack for SFB. Was told by the ALAMO representative who greets you at the door of the rental building to go straight to the rental desk queue. When I explained I had completed OLCI and Fastrack she said that was for Allegiant customers only and directed me to the desk with a queue of about 15 people. When I insisited I be allowed to use the kiosks she said OK but you're wasting your time. Went to the kiosk, input my agreement number, all my details appeared, even added an addditional driver all in less than ten minutes. Outside there were no 8 seater minivans (Toyota Sienna) in the line, spoke with a guy who had a radio, he radioed and one was brought to us within the next five mins. All in all, a great experience and I am glad I insisited on using the kiosk and not allowed myself to be directed to the desk and the inevitable hard sell. Incidentally, we had enough room got luggage for 6 adults and two 11 year olds. Each one of us had a med to large suitcase/holdall and carry on luggage (4 wheeled cases and 4 holdalls.) On the way back one of the large (and I mean large) holdalls went on the floor of the back seat and the passengers there had their feet on it for the journey to the airport. As has been said on here before, these vehicles are only cramped on the journeys to and from the airport. Used the 417 both ways, approx $7 each way on an incredibly quiet road.
