we're buying a home at town centre,the sales pitch says 5 miles and 10 mins from disney, anyone know for certain or have any views on the location.

can't say I enjoyed reading them but we're pretty commited with the deal,at least we're getting it at last summers price which is something I suppose as the prices have gone up in the area (I hope)
