I'm assuming this must be the entrance using the 429 toll road (Western Expy), then taking the Western Way turn off onto Disney's property. This is not exactly new (it's been built for a few years now) but I don't know of any other new entrance.

Yes, the entrance off the 429 is the only one I can think of. We use it all the time when coming from our villa on the 27. It is just after the first toll booth on the 429 going north so it costs $1 in tolls.

It's an excellent way into Disney avoiding all the traffic.

Our best time from our front door to the Disney Western Way arch is 7 minutes and 43 seconds (without speeding).

"Less than 10 minutes to Disney" indeed! :-)

Disney appear to have extensive plans to develop around the Western Way/429 junction. Some early preparatory work has already been completed.

Indeed, there are plans to build a second Market Place in that area.

There is a speed limit on this road that is 45mph which reduces to 35mph as well. The sheriff dept is very hot on this road, I have seen many cars pulled over, as it is road that does not have a lot of traffic on it, people do tend to speed on it.

Its a much quieter entrance with far less traffic, think the toll road is only $1
