Best of these villa communities by location?

Hi, I have found a few villas that I like for many different reasons. One thing of real importance is the location of the community and how close it is to shops, restuarants, I-drive and universal studios.
The communities are : Calabay Parc, High Grove, Highland Reserve, Cumbrian Lakes and a few are in Haines city.

I'm just looking for which one is closest (in travel time) to universal and the main shopping areas, first and foremost.
Then even which one is the best for getting to I-Drive and all it's amenities as well.

General opinions are also very welcome

    Many Thanks in advance

I know all the comunities and they are all about the same distance from I Drive and universal, 20 minutes or so. All the communities are excellent and all have shops close by.

Most are close to the I4 so have easy access to Universal/Intl Drive

Haines City is slightly further out but only by 5 mins or so.

Like Hunters Creek, Indian Ridge Oaks (right on I4/429) is way closer to both Universal, major shopping and Disney than the route 27 locations but I would still wonder about only leaving 20 minutes to get to Universal from our home.

We always stay at Calabay Parc which I can highly recommend, it is within easy reach of all the places you want to go to .... 20 to 30 minutes to all of them I would say.

Thanks for all the information everyone. We decided to go for a villa in High Grove in the end, location just seemed perfect and the community is lovely.
Now just to work out directions and gettin there from MCO, only ever drove from sanford.

Any quicker less obvious routes to take?

I am sure the villa owner will give you spot on driving directions from MCO. I always use the 417 south.

You could hire a sat nav from this site, or look up and print driving directions on Google.

    Enjoy your holiday.
