    Wow

My eldest daughter is very excited. She is doing a higher diploma in animal management and does voluntary work at RSPCA and another rescue centre, She emailed the shelter in Orlando, told them what she was doing and asked if when we were over she could come to the shelter. They are arranging for a guided tour for her and this looks to be the highlight of the holiday for her :-)

That's great news and all credit to your daughter for taking the initiative to email them.

Well done to your daughter for using her Initiative - she will probably find they are very helpful and will welcome showing her around.

Our son does the same thing except he is a marine biologist and has been behind the scenes swapping ideas and information with several very large organisations around the world.

It is great that these places are prepared to help young people like this.

What we have found with Andrew is that both sides can benefit and learn from each other. I think his favourite was spending 5 days at the Georgia Aquarium last year as the highlight was diving in the large tank which has the whale sharks.
