Did you follow the instructions at this link?

If so and you still cannot do it, email it to me at john@orlandovillas.com with a note of your forum username and I can do it for you.

I think there is a permissions problem stopping the upload at the moment, so it's probably not your fault you can't upload it. We're looking into it and will get it fixed and upload your avatar for you as soon as we do.
