Hi,we're in the process of having a villa built at Town Centre by D R Horton, and managed by Florida Choice. Can anybody tell me how many weeks on average the management companies give you in rentals.We know we aren't going to make a profit but we'd like some idea how much it'll cost us to run?
Also any tips on not getting ripped off on flights during school holidays.. thanks and bye for now

Hello and welcome
We are relatively new owners having bought on Tuscan Ridge in March last year and completing at Christmas. We have chosen to do as many rentals ourself as we possibly can - Thanks to this site and also our own marketing we are currently at 28 weeks bookings without our MC, who is aware of our bookings and will look to help fill the empty slots if he can.

We have three children and need to fly in school hols, we have found that booking as soon as the flights are realeased is one of the cheaper options - we haven't really found any bargans, so if any one else has, we also would like to hear from them !

28 weeks is very impressive,we have't had a completion date (we haven't had a start date yet,sore point!) so we can't advertise yet. This seems like a good site though, I'm sure it'll be very useful

Hi Tracy.........the houses are going up really quick all round the area...its unbelieveable.....
we spent time looking at new homes.....my daughter found a snake in the garden of one..........hehehehe.....
We had very few problems in the end......we'll be back down in May........then July.......then Oct.....the fights are so cheap.......and we still have lots of buying to do......
