In MCO there is a kiosk in the garage, and then can direct you to the area/row that has the class of car you paid for. in Sanford you go outside to the waiting area and there are a couple of guys that drive the cars to you.

I have always booked a 7 seater SUV, they have to bring it to me, as they do not have a huge row with these in.

We also normally book the 7 seater SUV. If there are any in the garage they tend to keep them locked so the attendant at the kiosk will get the keys for you. As Ceri says, you key in the required information, including details of the additional driver, at the terminal and then show the print out of the agreement along with drivers licences and your credit card at the exit booth. All in all a very fast way to pick up your car and get on the road.

    Sounds great.

We usually have a 7 seat suv too (this time again also) and the only time I have been able to pick from the row is at Atlanta (although they only had Jeep Commanders!!).

We're flying into Tampa. Hope to get a Tahoe this time.

    Thanks

Or, are there still attendants at the kiosks in the garage? (To help you find the car you want if you cant find what you want!)

    Thanks

There are always members of staff around in the garage if you have a problem if not it is very simple to walk back to the kiosk (as it is only a few yards) and they can help.

The Premium SUV is generally the Chevvy Suburban, then the Luxury is typically the Escalade (sometimes the Lincoln Navigator).

sorry to sound a bit thick here but we are picking up 1 car on 9/8 and then a further one on 16/8 when my daughters boyfriend arrives--if we want to put him on both the agreements for flexibility will that cause a problem at pickup 1 when he is on the agreement but not present with his licence?

You will not be able to put him on your car until he arrives, as far as I am aware, but you can drop off in any of the other depots in the area, just take your agreement in with him and his licence and they can add him on.
