Disney Hotel recommendations for dinner?

Hi- we are thinking of having dinner at one of the disney hotels tonight before we go see the fireworks at MK- any recommendations guys?

I had a look at the restaurants online but didn't have aclue what to go for so ended up going to Bahama Breeze before going to the fireworks. Had a lovely meal.
