Oak Island Cove

Thinking of booking a villa in Oak Island Cove and was wondering if anyone knew how close the villas are to the new main road that runs close by. Its not clear from the maps how close the road is and whether or not you would hear or see it. Thanks

Hi Millie
we are on oak island cove, as we are on the East side of the estate we do not see or hear the traffic but in fairness I am unable to give you an answer for the villas on the west side although the road has been hidden by the use of trees and shrubs and of course these also add to help keep any noise down,all of the guests we have had stay have never had any issues with noise from any roads except perhaps the bin men!

I too am on Oak Island Cove, fairly close to Eric. We cannot see or hear the traffic from our home. As Eric says, the road has been there for a few years now, so the banking and trees are pretty much established.
