Port Canaveral Car Hire

I've done a quick search and it seems the only option for car hire when we disembark from our cruise at Port Canaveral will be Dollar, is this correct? Last time we used Budget but this doesn't seem to be an option anymore. Is there a shuttle for Dollar from the Port?

I have Just booked Dollar to/from Port Canaveral Tracey, their office is on the same street as Budget and there is a free Shuttle to and from the Port
