Chevy Tahoe

Hi all,

We're soon (August) going back to Florida and this time flying into Tampa.

We've booked with Alamo (through this website as we usually do).

I really want to get a Tahoe this time. We had a Jeep last time (Alamo at Atlanta) and don't want another.

I've booked 7 seat SUV, so got the right class etc.

What are my chances of getting a Tahoe this time??? Were we just unlucky last time? What can I do to ensure I get one, if anything?

If I'm unlucky again, is it easy to get it changed to a Tahoe the next day somewhere else or by going back to the airport. Don't want to go back really as we are staying in Kissimmee (Lindfields).

Any feedback or advise would be great.

Everytime I've book a 7 seat SUV with Alamo at Orlando Airport I've got a Tahoe. When you go to the desk ask if its a Tahoe or see if they can let you have a Tahoe. Doubt if they will let you bring it back and change it unless there is a problem with the vehicle.

I think that may be my best option. I did a similar thing (although that was with Dollar) a couple of years ago and particularly wanted a Chrysler Aspen rather than a Dodge Durango (just for a change). Had to wait a little while, but they got me a very nice one.

Can anyone advise if they allocate the 7 seat SUVs at the desk at Alamo Tampa?
