Take a spare memory card for your camera/video.....and comfy trainers.........and high factor suncream [My Dermatologist says start on Factor 50, and drop no lower than 30!]

You know its amazing all the advice i have been given,because we are not going to sit around a pool or on a beach for 2 weeks i had forgot about sun protection.
