After two weeks back home from Florida, I have convinced my wife we need another vacation. She allowed me to book for October, 5 months away. I've been to florida twice this Winter and ready for my third i hope now i can convince her to buy a vacation home when were down in Oct. I will have to make lots of tea and do lots of Laundry to convince her. HAHA

I was talking to a Canadian who was staying on our community and he said Canadians are buying so many Florida properties right now as the exchange rate is favourable for Canadians right now.
