any extras to pay with gold cover?

Hi, I thought the gold cover with Alamo booked thru US cars included petrol and second driver? I'm sure this has been the case in the past. This trip we were told you had to pay for extra driver if we wanted one and when we returned to the airport we were charged $84.68 for petrol?

Can someone please confirm if this is correct.

I confirm on Gold you do not need to pay for additional drivers or the tank of fuel. It sounds like the rep entered your details incorrectly. Email us at info@uscarhire.co.uk with your order number and a copy of your rental agreement (that you got when you collected) and we will arrange for Alamo to refund.
