Celebration usually have some great events on and is quite low key.
Celebration usually have a good day, lots of people dress in period costume and the fireworks in the evening are spectacular. Go early lots of people and parking may be a problem.

I would agree - Celebration, if you are only arriving,great way to feel you are on holiday...and you can get something to eat too.
