budget fast track

Please can someone tell me how to do fasttrack on Budget. I have done it before with US car hire but the link sent this year doesn't work. After complaining I got a new link but this gives me a form that is impossible to fill in as it want home address but needs a US State for my home address, will happily let me put country as UK but wont accept the form without State !!! Also wont let me put a UK contact number (home or mobile in) .Grrrr Help I am going round in circles, not sure what has changed it all used to be so easy with US car hire.

The site in question is run and operated by Budget, not by us. You will have to fill in the form as best you can. You should be able to get your details in there even if you have to adjust the format a bit. You can always enter a state if you have to, even if it doesn't relate to the UK.

Thanks for your help Roger, I realise it's not your forms but they seem to be really making it difficult this year and had no idea how to get round it! I'll just put any state in! The links they are sending out on the booking forms don't even work either!

OK back to the drawing board that doesn't work just tried it, seems like it is pretty impossible to do with the forms they are sending out !

Just fill in best you can as long as all *marked boxes somethings in its fine..you will have problems with phone number as not enough space again just put something in..
The guy on budget desk last time i went didnt even know how to do $40 refund for me,after 4 phone calls and a lot of i dont know sir,i just walked away...[}]
