Just in case I forget, I'll do this now

Thanks to everybody who replied to the questions I posted pre trip, it was all very helpful, thanks also to Carol & Richard for allowing us to stay in their home, we had a great holiday, made all the easier by those mentioned above. Cheers

Anyway, last full day Wednesday March 30th, it was back to MK as we had promised Keelin a second visit. She asked nicely (demanded) to meet Rapunzel and some bloke called Flynn Rider, as the line had already formed we joined and took it in 30min shifts to secure the meet & greet (one shift each)
To be honest, the rest of the day is a bit of a blur but again the main focus was on Fantasyland and spending time lying in wait for poor unsuspecting Characters, left around 2.30pm for a break as we were coming back later for 9pm parade & wishes Fireworks.
The parade didn't take place because of the wet weather and there was tears when Dumbo broke down while Keelin was sitting in it waiting for her last spin but the fireworks and pre-show was great.

So that's it, done and dusted, of course we didn't do everything and of course we did more than what's included in the trip reports, we had a great time.

Things you must do (first timers)

Use this site for villa & car hire
Read the forums, loads of great info here and friendly too
Cirque du Soleil
Sat nav if at all possible
Avoid TGI Fridays on 192 (terrible)
Don't forget your camera charger duh
South exit out of MCO if it applies to your villa location
The brown bread they give you at Outback Steakhouse
understand how to use fastpass and use it

Things we did that worked

Have a plan, go to the parks early (soooo worth it), yes I know you are on holiday but this isn't a holiday it's an experience, have a lie in on the days you are not going to a theme park if you wish.
Don't try to do it all in two weeks, you can't, it's impossible, pick and do your must do's and everything else is a bonus.
Have fun & enjoy yourselves
Sherbeth road route for Disney
Take days off from the parks

Back now five days and sooooooooooooo tired but have some great memories

That's all folks,

Cheers,

Alan
