Schedule changes - enough transfer time?

Continental have changed the departure time of my return flight. They seem to be developing a habit of this as it is the second change they have made.
The new departure time now gives 2 hours in Newark on the return flight. Is this enough time to change aircraft/terminals?

AA have chnged mine and I only have 50 minutes at JFK on my return flight.
As its a return flight I should think 2 hours is plenty - theres no immigration to go through. If you can book your seats get some as close to the front as possible (that's what I've done).
I think we may just make it - but don't think my luggage will.

I think 2 hours is more than enough - in fact possibly longer than I'd want! Of course it does allow a good margin for delays so you can be free of concerns about that.

50 minutes is a bit tight but on the return trip it's enough provided there aren't significant delays. AA use Terminal 8 at JFK for both domestic & international flights so no need to change. I'd certainly expect both passenger and bags to make it.
