I have been waiting since saturday to have a car corfimed for this
friday 25th last contact i had was more than 24 hours ago.
until now i have never had a problem having used this site for all
my cars for more than 5 years.

Have you tried emailing Roulla at info@uscarhire.co.uk about it as she gets right back to people but does not always check the forums?

Sorry for the delay. This was due to you ordering a large car at short notice for a busy period, it can sometimes take a bit longer to get everything confirmed as the rental companies try their best to sort a car, by shuffling cars between depots.

Your voucher was emailed to you earlier today, so if you haven't received it you can view and download it from your self-service page.
