I have noticed that this will be on whilst we are there.

I would not mind getting close to the launch site but am not wanting to get gridlocked into traffic Jams.

Is there an expert who knows of a location which has reasonable facilities and will give us a view?

    Thanks

    Hi Nigel,

If you have a look at my trip report from last year:
    http://www.orlando-guide.info/forums/topic_54102.asp

towards the bottom of the thread I've pasted a Google maps view of Titusville showing what I considered to be a pretty good spot to view a launch.

I hope you manage to see a launch, it is fantastic.
    Cheers.
    Dave.

We are planning to go to this.

We have been told the best viewing spots are not necessarily the same spots you would have gone to
see a shuttle as they are launched from different launch pads?

Jetty park has been recommend to us, has anyone been here?
