Nigel, I meant to ask how you find High Grove. We are staying there in August and I understand its a quite a small community mainly rentals. Did you use the clubhouse and community pool at all?
And more importantly, especially after a hard slog at the parks, did you visit the pub on the corner!!

The manors north or south at Westridge
two small community both with Electric Gates
well care for by the HOA and owners
the manor north has a club house with community pool with a small Gym

we stayed in Florida pines twice and it was a lovely place to stay.. but have had a nostalgic drive round to show other family members who werent with us on those trips and was a little disappointed to see how run down SOME of the area was compared the grass was dry on many homes and brown looked horrible, just seemed a little rundown to us, but that doesnt mean the inside of the homes are in this state, think it may have more residents living there then holiday homes???
