we stayed in Florida pines twice and it was a lovely place to stay.. but have had a nostalgic drive round to show other family members who werent with us on those trips and was a little disappointed to see how run down SOME of the area was compared the grass was dry on many homes and brown looked horrible, just seemed a little rundown to us, but that doesnt mean the inside of the homes are in this state, think it may have more residents living there then holiday homes???
