Hi we have a car booked to collect from 1000 car care drive in Disney do we have to book for shuttle pick up to transfer from kidani village to collect the care
If so how do we do that please

You will need to make your own way to the car care center at Disney. I'm not familiar with Kidani Village, but they may organise a shuttle/taxi for you.

Kidani is at AKL and the Car Care Centre is near Magic Kingdom a few miles away. You could give the car care centre a call. You will be able to get the number from Guest Services at AKL. I think it is 407-824-3470. They may come and get you. It is next to the Exxon station at the exit to Magic Kingdom.

In that case, Alamo offer a free shuttle service to guests from any Disney hotel to the Disney Car Care center, so you will be fine. Call Alamo on the number provided on your voucher shortly before you wish to collect the car.
