    Dodge Caravan

    I am currently in Orlando

We picked up from Dollar a nice Dodge Caravan, We got to pick what we wanted.
Managed to fold the back seats down for getting the luggage in. Cant seem to fold them back up but will have to have another look tomorrow.

One question which I dont know if anyone can answer is we can find any indication to weather it is petrol or Diesel. I am sniffed the petrol cap and I am 99% sure its petrol but would be good to confirm it before I need to fill up.

    Any help would be great!

Snap we also picked up a Dodge Caravan yesterday. Had to get help at airport to fold down seats, loads of room and car had enough features to keep the OH happy. He's able to open sliding doors and back from the key fob and he wants to know if we can buy one when we win the lottery. [clap]

Have a look at the car hire receipt it should say on there what fuel the car takes.

Glad I'm not the only one who's awake early. If I'd managed to input the code for our internet properly I'd have answered your querry earlier as I was awake at 7am (2am) takes me ages to get into US time.

Will definately take some pictures but will proberly need help to load them on here.

I've never rented a vehicle in Florida that wasn't petrol so I would hazard a guess that's what it is, does it not say on the inside of the filler cap? - I'm sure that's where it usually tells you.

It might say something like 95 or 97 inside the filler flap. That is the recommended octane level so petrol.

Don't quote me but if it's a diesel it will absolutely say DIESEL inside the flap.

I'm with the rest though, most hire cars are petrol.

It will be petrol, they don't sell a diesel version in the USA.

Re seats is there a manual?[msnwink]

I did figure out the seat problem. We had folded it down with the belts done up in a rush at the airport and that was stopping it going back up.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Just got back in from watching Orlando Magic. They lost but it was an awesome experience! Well worth the $$ going to.

I will try and take a pic of the back of the minivan so you can see how much space there is. But with all seats taken I feel it might be a struggle to get all the cases in.

I think you could get maybe 3-4 large cases in the boot and maybe a couple in the car its self. inbetween the two seats at the back.
Its configuration is 2 in the front. 2 behind with a gap in the middle and 3 in the back with a boot behind. There are some storage bins under the two seats so maybe small hand luggage could go in there.
