    ESTA what to do?

Sorry me again.. I completed the ESTA form before the charge came in last October and am just wondering if I need to take the reference codes we got with us to give to immigration or will they have the details already? do we stil need to also complete the visa waiver and customs cards on the aircraft? Thanks again.

I keep a note of the codes jsut in case I'm questioned about my Esta. You no longer have to fill in the visa waiver cards on the plane. Once customs card per family is still required.

As long as it was completed in the last 2 years and you haven't changed your passport you won't need to do anything else

Never been asked for the reference numbers but we take them just in case.

I wrote mine in pencil at the back of my passport, but as you say, they have never asked

You will need to change the address you are staying at, on the ESTA website, if its different from the one you put in October.

I don't think that's actually true - isn't the address optional for ESTA but necessary for the Advance Passenger Information supplied to the airline prior to departure?

If it is necessary then I've been breaching that for my last 20 or so visits to the US.[msneek]

yes , you're right. it says on ESTA website travel information is optional and you can leave it blank. You are only applying to travel to the USA, even if you put in the date and time, then change your plans to a different date you are only asked to correct the information but you are not required to do so. I was summising that because on the old system when you filled in the visa waiver form in on the plane you had to put in the address you would be staying at, so everytime you went to the USA you gave them different address if you were staying at a different place each time.
