Whats it like?
Yes, I have visited this community as someone I know has a home there.
There is a Walgreens right outside the main entrance and some more shops about a quarter mile down the road.
Layout seems quite nice with a lot of the homes backing onto conservation or lake areas.
The build quality seemed good from what I saw but if your planning to rent there then the overriding factor must be the actual home you are looking at.
