Our home is on Highgate Park and it's a lovely community.
We have a childrens play area and tennis courts and our own private security company who not only keep it secure but also help guests if they have any questions. They can even help if you have a flat tyre etc.
There is a website for Highgate so if you type it into Google it should bring up the website and there's lots of photo's and up to date information.
Did you book direct with the owner?
