What a brilliant idea to take them with her. Are they allowed thru immigration?

Well I take lots of goodies over for friends, I declare them and they just ask what you are bringing in - scones don't contain anything that is prohibited so they should be fine.

They did Liz as I had them on my FB page and there was a big thread on TF about them.
Not sure if they are still open

You can buy a packet mix, Bisquick complete mix (Betty Crocker) just add water, ready in 2 mins, bake time 11 mins, makes 6 x 3" or 8 x 2 1/2". I think I purchased them from Publix to bring home for a friend who adores them.

Really appreciate all your advice and I have passed it on to my guest.
With regard to bringing them over, apparently he can eat up to 10 per day so would not have any luggage allowance left!!!!
Told you it was an odd one.
Thanks everyone

Has anyone heard of an English couple who run a restaurant at Vineland Bistro in Poinciana Plaza next to publix? Someone said they may make them?
VIOLET BARROW
Violet is that the one on the 535/192? They are British so they might do them as well! You'll have to check them out and let us know LOL! Ten a day....WOW that takes some doing!
