Eagle Pointe or Lakeside Estates

Hi Everyone

Just trying to narrow down our choice of villa for this Summer.

I've found a fair bit out about Eagle Pointe on here, we have found 2 possible villas and I would normally be happy with this as a location. However we have also been offered a villa at Morgan Point in Lakeside Estates, Kissimmee (Zip code 34743).

This is just on the other side of the Turnpike below Buenaventura Lakes and Yeehaw Junction (love that name). The actual property is looking over one of the man made lakes and seems very nice, reasonable size, not too cramped in, no building work.

We have two teenage daughters who want to visit Universal rather than Disney. Is this a better location as I could just drive up the turnpike? My other thought is that we would be a bit further from places to eat and shop though as it's towards the residential end of 192.

Any thoughts?

Your very close to the turnpike junction so trips to Universal, Florida and Millenia Malls will be very easy.

You are also close to Osceola Parkway so you are about 5 miles from The Loop which is a new Mall with plenty restaurants there and nearby.

Why not speak to the owners as they will also have lots of local information they can give you.

Thanks, I get the feeling that the property is a little larger than the ones on Eagle Pointe, thanks for the information on the Loop.
