I cannot begin to tell you how deeply saddened we are by this news and how much Carol (Blott) will be missed.

Despite various illnesses over an extended period, she never complained and was always willing to put herself out for the good of others.

These forums have lost a great moderator and a font of knowledge that was exceptional in all things Floridian.

For me, like many others, I have lost a wonderful friend.

Sad news. I had no idea she was ill and so this came as a shock. She will be a great loss to the forum, many a time she has supplied me and others with valuable info.

Blott was such a font of all knowledge about Florida and her presence will be sorely missed here on the forum, both in the owners and public sections. There will be a void in the OC forum from now on which I cannot imagine anyone else replacing.
