Just picked up leaflet on cash passports by travelex. The idea is you can load your card with money and use it like a credit card but without charges, they claim you can use it at any visa atm's, hotels, shops, restaurants, ect ect as long as it takes visa electron and you can reload the card as many times as you like, saves carrying loads of cash around. Just wondered if anyone had any comments or have used one
