    Park Queue's

Just wondered how busy the parks will be when we go in June-(first two weeks)
The queue's were huge last Easter, and we really didn't get to do a lot at Magic Kingdom as my 5 year old wasn't patient enough to wait. We did use fast passes and found them to be brill but even walking round Magic Kingdom was a nightmare as it was so crowded.
Other parks were better though and we didn't notice the crowds so much in them.

You should be fine, Lynn. Although Magic Kingdom is very popular, it won't be anything like as busy as Easter, which is one of the most popular times of year, second only to Christmas. We were there in June of last year, into early July and had a great time.

Make sure you use your fastpass as soon as you get to the parks so that you can revisit your favourite rides later in the day.

Hope you and your 5 year old have a wonderful time this June.

Easter is horrendous at the parks,June will be much better. I remember some years ago when Magic Kingdom had a sky ride I took a photo of the crowds from the top of the stairs and you could not see a square inch of floor only lots & lots of people, put us of going at Easter.

What are we calling Easter? UK or US holidays??

We are going March 27th to April 12th so will get caught in a lot of the crowds but would be nice to know which part is going to be worse so we can do something else like beach, villa, golf, shopping etc...

Gary, I think the major crowds will be on the Easter weekend, so if you are going this year you should miss this. My own school breaks up on the 8th April and Easter Sunday is not until the 24th April, so I would not worry too much.[msnwink]

Easter is a lovely time to go to Orlando, especially if the weather in the UK is still chilly and miserable. There is less humidity, and generally warm days. Wherever you go on the Easter weekend (even here in the UK) is likely to be busy, but there are so many things to do other than MK that it really won't be a problem.

    Sounds good, thanks.

We have planned to miss all the parks on all 3 weekends so if midweek is a little lighter then that'll be just fine.

Our kids break up on 1st April, Easter hols are funny this year (but i won't be complaining when i dip my toes in the Gulf of Mexico) [msncool]

Actually, Gary, sometimes Saturday is a good day to go as those on package holidays often arrive on a Saturday so will be departing, too, and not able to go to the parks.

I think you will be fine as your children break up really early and you will be back in the UK ([msncry]) long before the Easter weekend.

Hope you have a great time... would love to be dipping MY toes in that lovely Gulf sea. [msncry]
