Mid or Standard SUV

Hi last year when we got to Orlando I upgraded my hire car with Alamo to a Ford Edge. As I would like a similar size car this trip any idea if the Edge is a Mid size or Standard size SUV?

I think that would be a Mid-Size SUV. I do, however, stand to be corrected by John/Roger! If it is any help to you, I often hire the Ford Escape, which is a nice vehicle - SUV, but not too huge.
