Help with countdown please

My countdown is wrong[msnsad] Can anyone help please? It's saying 7 months and 14 days yesterday but we fly on a Saturday. I have tried amending the date (to check I input correctly) and clearing the date but what ever I do it stays the same. Thanks

i have lots of trouble sometimes in doing my countdown so know where your coming from... i just try all ways possible in the box but remember to submit .... im sure someone will be able to tell you better then me xx happy holidays xxx

Mine is out by a month or so as well ..... really disappointed now [msnsad] tried to alter it but it keeps coming up with the same countdown which would take us to Sept 2012 and we go in October 2012 ....

I've just tried it and it's working fine for me.

1) Go to edit your Profile
2) Click the calendar button next to "date you next go to Florida".
3) Then use the controls to select the date you are travelling and click on the date.
4) You are then returned to your edit profile page.
5) Click on the Submit button at the bottom and your countdown should be showing the time to the next time you travel.

Did all that John.... we fly out on the 13th October 2012 which according to my computer calendar is 1 year 10 months and 12 days ... but ..... when I put in that date on the OV calendar it comes up with a countdown of 1 year 9 months and 12 days ...

The forums seems to be ok from what I see with those dates. See this link which shows the result that the forum gets.

Yes, I see what you mean John, I think my desktop countdown must be wrong ... thanks for looking in to it [msnwink]

I think it is. Say it was 13 October 2011 then 1 month from now is 31 Jan 2011, so 9 months from now is 30 September 2011 (ignoring the extra day as September is a day shorter than December).

Then by the same principles, add 12 days and you get 13 October 2011 [msnsmile].
