    What's the latest

Slightly different posts on this one so just wanted to check what the latest was. Arriving in March, picking up Dollar vehicle, added Dollar Express ID No. to booking, made through this site (also booked villa here)So, do I go to a dedicated dollar express line (is there one?) in the terminal at MCO or head straight out to a Dollar express kiosk in the car park (is there one?) Also was wondering, if I have booked an Intermediate car with uscarhire is that a midsize with Dollar?

We arrived yesterday having booked Dollar and with Dollar Express, went straight to kiosk, where there was no one waiting so got served immediately. when we came in march with car booked in my brothers name and no Dollar express as it wouldnt register it fro some reason, we were told to go to a certain row and choose one, this time therewas a car allocated. It had a "VIP hold" tag in it, so dont know if they are doing that for allexpress members. we booked an economy as theres only 2 of us but they had upgraded it to Midsize and we got a |Ford Fusion. Nice car, We also said we'd like to bring the car back full and she said no problem, whereas in March they told my brother that wasn"t an option and charged him $70/80 for the tannk of fuel.

    Just back n UK.
Used Dollar again. Slighty change in proceedure thia time I noticed.
There is no Dollar Express queue(MCO) but a notice to say go straight to the kiosk.
ALso I note that you cannot drive strtaight out of Dollar now, there is another kiosk and barrier to check the paperwork.

I'm going to Orlando in March (carhire with Dollar) and I was thinking about joining the "Dollar express" BUT I kinda wonder WHY they need my work info. and a second credit card when signing up? They don't ask you these things when you're making a booking online or when you arrive in person...

There is info in the car hire faq section that goes through the signing up process for dollar express in detail, what info to include /questions to ignore etc, I didn't include give any work details and I only have one credit card and the process only took a few minutes. Click on the florida car hire link at top of page and go to the dollar express section in the faq, all the info you need is there.

Hi Alan and thanks for that! The FAQ answered ALL my questions and will join
We visit the US (mainly Philly to visit family) a few times a yr and use Dollar. This will surely save us the "standing in line and waiting your turn".

    Cheers
