    Russia/Qatar for World Cup Hosts

I can't say I'm too bothered about England losing out to Russia (either way I have to travel if I want to watch games).

But Qatar?!?!? Come on...they've never even qualified for a World Cup finals, and now they're going to host it? Joke, Mr Blatter [V]

[/quote]At least they will be there. A shocking result as was Russia. I saw a programme on BBC World Service the other night stating a small town with one flight per day is having a 45,000 set stadium built for the world cup.

I can say the same for Qatar, tiny place, nothing to do for entertainment and the heat is unbelievable. Been there, done that and taken the factor 50.
