Haven'#t seen it in operation yet but have heard the on arrival at Immigration everbody queues in a single line and gets called forward to next available officer. If, like me you invariably pick the queue that looks shortest but ends up taking longer might save a bit of time.

Thats exactly right 1 snake like queue, means you walk a lot further, but you seem to keep moving so the wait seems and is shorter, a much fairer system, like you I always used to pick the wrong queue.
