I know it seems contrary to comments above, but I've always found Saturdays not too bad for any of the parks. I suspect it's because many people are either arriving or leaving on a Saturday and so can't fit a park visit in. For Universal Studios, I've always found that if you arrive at opening it can be quite empty.
