    Roger please help

    Hi Roger
    We are stuck at Manchester Airport, long story, but up shot is we have missed our original flight today. VS073
    We will now travel tomorrow morning at 10.25.( VS075 )
    We are very worried as to what will now happen with our hire car.
    We will now be a day late!
    Can you please help.
    My original booking number is 3051165.

    Sorry to hear about this. Just to let you know we are dealing with this and Roulla or myself will get back to you shortly once we hear from Alamo as to the best course of action. I'm sure it wont be an issue, but we're just waiting to find out whether they will rebook and issue a new voucher, or whether they will just add a note to your existing booking.
