if the rental companies are doing pre registration does the queue not just move to the point of picking up your car[msneek] i asume most people would register to avoid the wait?

Not everyone is aware of pre registration unless they are a member of a great forum like this[msnwink]
In addition pre registration makes the process quicker as your details are already in the system, no need for the desk clerk to type everything in to his computer.

Last time we travelled with Virgin to Orlando all the Virgin holidaymakers who were on package tours were standing in line and we were the only ones in the dollar express queue!
