    Car hire between states

We are thinking of flying into Atlanta or Nashville and travelling down to Orlando.

Are there problems with taking a hire car between states? We will probably return to the pick up point so we are not looking at a one way hire

    Advice appreciated

We have never had problems going between states, we once had a drop of in a different state and that cost extra, but it was not a problem.

We have driven down from North Carolina through Nashville and Atlanta, Georgia and it is not a problem. We did have drop off fees as it was a one way through to Miami at the time we paid $199.

As long as you don't take it out of the country (i.e. Mexico or Canada) you'll be absolutely fine.
