As far as I am aware, childrens tickets are 0 - 9 years, but Martin can tell you for sure.

Yes i know the kids are them ages...she only little bless her she might pass for 9...if you get what im saying...[:P]
No one can tell you it's OK to get a 10 year old in on a childs ticket. You may well get away with it, but often with kids around that age they will ask the child their age.
I can not imagine having to tell your own child to lie to the staff member if asked their age, and you could end up in a very embarassing situation if caught out.
Personally I'd say it's worth spending the little bit extra for peace of mind. Note, we get the same commission regardless of whether we sell an adult or child ticket, so we have no motive to try to persuade you to go for the correct ticket.
Yes i know its fine...ill be honest...any idea on just single entrance to ioa'?
I know its good price for the 2 parks but only thing at us' i not done is the new coaster...dont seems worth the extra just for that..
I'm not sure this website sells single IOA tickets (if they do buy from them), but if you go to Universal official website you'll definitely find them, and it might be cheaper to buy online than at the gate.
